Commissioned art is by default for personal use only (social media, DnD character, etc.), so any commercial use should be discussed

You may not use the commissioned art until it is finalised and payment has been made

Work progress will be sent in low quality and with watermark

The final art is sent in high quality through E-Mail

The commissioned art (even if unfinished) cannot be used to train A.I.

I am allowed to decline a commission for whatever reason (with notice in advance) and the payment (if any) will be refunded

I may post your commissioned art publicly unless you have asked me not to

Any legal arrangements such as agreement of price and payment invoice will be done through E-Mail

100% of the payment is made upfront once I have agreed to take the commission

Payment will be done through my Ko-Fi
